Caregivers

Registered Nurse (RN)	must possess a current, valid Florida license must be CPR certified must pass background screening and drug testing must have current valid driver’s license and insurance if providing transportation services to clients
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)	must possess a current, valid Florida license must be CPR certified must pass background screening and drug testing must have current valid driver’s license and insurance if providing transportation services to clients
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)	must possess a current, valid Florida license must be CPR certified must pass background screening and drug testing must have current valid driver’s license and insurance if providing transportation services to clients
Home Health Aide (HHA)	must pass a written Home Health Aide test must be CPR certified must pass background screening and drug testing must have current valid driver’s license and insurance if providing transportation services to clients
Companion	must pass background screening and drug testing must have current valid driver’s license and insurance if providing transportation services to clients
